Frequently asked questions
What do I need?
An Android phone with Android 8 or newer and a rear camera, a stand or tripod, good light and the whole board in view. Try it with your free matches first, so you see how well it works for you before you pay.
What if the camera misses a dart or reads it wrong?
Add it or fix it with one tap. Automatic scoring is technology, not a referee: if something depends on your match, keep count yourself too.
Is my camera image stored?
No. The app counts on your phone itself; the image is not stored or sent anywhere. It is all in the privacy policy.
Is there an iPhone version?
Not yet. EasyDart is available for Android.
How do I cancel Pro?
In Google Play, under Subscriptions. Pro keeps running until the end of the period you already paid for. Changed your mind within 14 days of your first purchase? Mail your order number to support@exosolutions.nl and you get your money back.
Which languages does the app speak?
English, Dutch, German, Spanish and French.
